Served as moderator for “Building a U.S. Cyber Force: Rethinking Recruitment, Institutions, and Expertise,” a Commission on Cyber Forces event organized in partnership with the Center for Strategic and International Studies and hosted by the Alperovitch Institute for Cybersecurity Studies at Johns Hopkins SAIS. The discussion convened senior leaders and practitioners to examine emerging challenges in the organization, development, and employment of U.S. military cyber forces. Panelists included Maria Barrett, Ryan Heritage, Joseph Lin, and Perri Adams, who offered a substantive exchange on institutional design, talent management, and the strategic implications of a potential U.S. Cyber Force.
